The winner(s) will be held responsible for any winning taxes based on their location. If the final draw is over $10, 000.00 it will be awarded in person at may be televised. If it does not reach $10, 000.00, it will be paid out to the winner via PayPal. There is no point in awarding a low amount in person as it will be costly bringing the winner over.

The Peep Lotto cannot be held responsible for its jackpot accuracy as it changes daily. The final jackpot amount will be confirmed on the 24th of December (Christmas eve). It will awarded to the winner within 14 business days and will be made public immediately.
